Pool Info – Submit Your Access Form Today

We’re excited to announce that the pool will be opening soon! As we get everything ready for the pool season, we want to ensure your household has timely and smooth access to the pool gates.

What You Need to Do:

Step 1: Complete the Attached Pool Information Form
Please fill out the attached form with your household’s details.

Step 2: Email the Completed Form to: poolkeys@legacysouthwestpm.com
Important: Do not send the form to any other email address (including mine), as this will delay your request.

Step 3: Download the Brivo Mobile Pass App
Each household will receive one shared login for pool access via the app.

Once the gate system is programmed and we are connected—within the next two weeks—we will begin processing form submissions. After your request is processed, you will receive an email with your Brivo login credentials. This login will grant your household access to the pool gates during official pool hours (to be announced soon).
