Pool Opening and Access Information

We are excited to announce that the community pool is now open and will remain open through September 1st. Pool hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.

Please note that an earlier version of the pool rules included incorrect dates and times. An updated version will be sent out in the coming weeks. However, all other pool rules remain in effect.

If you are experiencing issues with your pool access or the mobile app, please contact the Pool Access Team directly at poolkeys@legacyswhoa.com, include a screen shot of the error and the address in your email.

Please note that the association manager does not have access to this system and will forward any access-related concerns or issues to the Pool Access Team for resolution.

Pool Access – New System in Place

As part of our improvements this year, a new access system has been installed at the pool. To request access, please visit the community website and complete the online fillable form: https://prairieviewtxhoa.com/Navigate to: Homeowner > Online Forms > Pool Access

• You may submit the form for yourself or, if applicable, on behalf of your tenant.
• Homeowners must complete and submit the form for rental properties.

Effective immediately, all pool access requests must be submitted online through the community website.

Important Notes:

• Once your form is submitted, you will receive an activation email within 2–3 business days, if not sooner.
• Due to the volume of requests, please allow 3–4 business days before following up.
• For questions or updates regarding your request, email: poolkeys@legacyswhoa.com
• Be sure to check your spam or junk folder in case the activation email is filtered there.
